Now you can have extra gauges without sacrificing the original appearance of your dash. In Your Face Gauges has developed an innovative gauge display, built into the existing tachometer. The SM-AFR accurately measures the precise wideband air fuel ratio (AFR) of any internal combustion engine. Other modules can be added including: Boost/Vacuum, Coolant/oil, Exhaust Gas Temp (EGT), Oil Pressure, Fuel Pressure and more. All Sensor Modules are housed in a high quality extruded aluminum case and designed to operate in the most extreme conditions. In addition, all SM modules offer outstanding digital accuracy, response and resolution which exceeds that of a standard gauge. The Wide Band EGO works with gasoline, biodiesel, ethanol, methanol, E85, LPG and CNG.

PMO Throttle Bodies


PMO, the manufacturer of the PMO 3 barrel carburetor has done it again with the new PMO Throttle Bodies. They come in 40mm, 46mm and 50mm sizes. The 50mm throttle is a great solution for the larger Porsche engines. In the past, these engines have required an expensive and more complicated system to install and adjust.

The PMO throttles have a long tapered air intake, providing maximum airflow into the engine. More air, more power. These throttles use the same linkage, manifolds and air filters as the PMO carburetor. When changing to electronic fuel injection, this makes them easy to convert, set-up and balance. The linkage is simple and once tuned, it stays in tune. The throttles have an air by-pass on each bore for precise low speed balance and smooth idle. Each bore has a vacuum port for the MAP sensor signal. PMO also manufactures a vacuum manifold with six ports for the MAP sensor. Collecting the MAP signal from each bore and the vacuum manifold supplies a smooth, clean vacuum signal. This smooth signal provides accurate fuel control from the ECU. Throttles come with large AN-8 fuel rails for smoother fuel delivery.

These throttles address many of the common issues experienced when tuning individual throttle body systems. Finally there is a way to simplify the tuning process. We now provide PMO Throttle Bodies with our individual throttle body engine management kits.

Pure Power Lifetime Oil Filter




Patents Pending
The Pure Power oil filter is designed to deliver superior filtration of your engine's oil. Independent laboratory testing at Southwest Research Institute has determined Pure Power oil filters to be 90% more efficient than conventional "throw away' filters at removing 30 micron and smaller particles. These are the particles most harmful to your engine.

The extreme high flow housing and element filters all the oil. Consider an engine's oil pump at idle or low speed, putting out 6 gallons of oil per minute at normal operating temperature. Conventional oil filters flow between 2-6 gallons per minute before opening a built-in 6-8 lbs by-pass valve. When the by-pass opens, the excess oil flows around the filter element and passes through the engine un-filtered. The Pure Power filter free flows 20 gallons per minute. The by-pass valve is not even close to opening, so the filter is providing 100% filtration. Now consider your engine at speed. The conventional filter by-pass that was close to opening at low speed is now open all the time, sending un-filtered oil through the engine. The Pure Power filter is still filtering 100% of the oil passing through the engine. Pure Power's filter by-pass, if needed, opens at 16lbs.

Racers install screens in addition to the oil filter to stop particulate matter from circulating through their oil system. Screens are also a great way to inspect for particulate that should be caught by a filter. Now you can have this same protection without drilling holes and modifying oil lines. Install this filter as you would a conventional oil filter. The filter is easily disassembled for inspection and cleaning.

This is the last oil filter you will ever need. This unique system is the ONLY cleanable/reusable oil filter proven to be so effective and reliable that it passed stringent F.A.A. testing. It provides absolute filtration and is environmentally friendly. See Specialty Items for details.

Clutch Ball Pin

Clutch release ball pin for 1970 & 71 Porsche 911. These should be changed when a new clutch is installed. The original pins are now over 35 years old, worn and prone to break. See Specialty Items for details.

964/993 Serpentine Belt System with Air Conditioning

Our Serpentine Belt conversion can now drive the air conditioning compressor. This kit replaces the fan & alternator belts with a serpentine belt and eliminates the need for the failure prone belt sensor. The serpentine belt improves reliability, and can now drive the A/C compressor. The system will work with or without the distributor. See Specialty Items for details.


Wide Band EGO

The new UEGO 2000 wide band EGO sensor has some great new features for optimal engine tuning. This new wide band sensor integrates with the TEC-3r as easily, accurately and reliably as ever. Along with all the features of the original sensor, the UEGO 2000 includes data logging with Mixture/RPM play back, and does not require a PC. This is a great feature for carbureted engines. Data log playback is seen on the wide band display and tachometer. The new system has additional output voltage scales 0-1 & 1-5 volt for use with all engine management and data acquisition systems. It also has a narrow band output with an adjustable target mixture switch point. The adjustable switch point is used to change the signal to a factory ECM for a new desired air/fuel mixture. See

Air Filters

We now carry ITG Air Filters for Porsche engines with 3-barrel carburetors and Weber replacement throttle bodies. These filters have been the choice of tuners and racers for many years. Tuners know that for maximum power, unrestricted airflow is a must. These filters have a foam top and sides for maximum air flow into the engine. For wet conditions, a shield over the top of the filters is necessary to eliminate the possibility of water damage to the engine.

Engine Management System

The TEC-3r is a PC-programmable engine control system, featuring a powerful Windows-based tuning environment. Converting from carburetion to fuel injection has never been easier than with the TEC-3r. Whether you choose to run throttle body injection, multi-port, or individual throttle bodies, the TEC-3r will provide you with the ability to tune your engine to its peak capabilities.

Street enthusiasts will enjoy the benefits of a “distributorless” ignition system that is infinitely adjustable, accurate, and powerful. It also improves firewall clearance and eliminates the need for old-fashioned ignition amplification boxes. Idle control has always proven to be especially problematic for other engine management systems, if you have upgraded to an aggressive profile camshaft; but not for the TEC-3r. Within the WinTEC software resides our exclusive “TPS/MAP Idle Blend” table. With a few clicks of the keyboard, you will enjoy an idle quality that far surpasses what other engine management systems can provide.

For competition and ultra-high output engines, the sophistication and power of the TEC-3r system simply out-performs other production and aftermarket systems. WinTEC software enables you to manage nitrous, boost, VTEC and other devices, new rev-limiters with “Triple Smooth” technology, wide band oxygen sensor, individual cylinder trims, and “On-Board Data Acquisition”. The TEC-3r provides Total Engine Control.




Engine Control Unit

The new TEC-3r ECU incorporates the winning features of our previous TEC-2 system, while adding an abundance of new features on a powerful new processing platform. Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) and patented digital Direct Ignition are standard for every TEC-3r. The anodized, laser-etched ECU has waterproof OEM-style connectors and harnesses. The ECU may be placed under the hood or in the passenger compartment, and activates separate multi-coil DFUs (Direct Fire Units) mounted adjacent to (or on) the engine.

Standard features built in to the TEC-3r:
  • PC programmable and configurable for 1-, 2-, 3-, 4-, 6-, 8-, and 12-cylinder engines, including 2- & 3-rotor rotary, 6-cylinder dual-plug, and odd fire engines

  • Electromotive, Inc., originators of the High Resolution Electronic Ignition Circuit, introduce the next generation High Performance Ignition System: the XDi. With an amazing 0.1 degree timing accuracy, the XDi is the most accurate ignition available. An integral rev-limiter can be set anywhere between 4,000 and 15,000 rpm. For drag racing an additional rev-limiter can be wired for staging and burnouts. For street applications, MAP sensors can be integrated to supply a "vacuum-advance". This allows increased ignition advance when under light load. Engines running single-stage nitrous oxide setups can benefit from the XDi's built-in timing retard feature. Engines running multiple stages of nitrous can use the Electromotive 4-Stage Nitrous Timing Retard module with the XDi.



    The beauty of the XDi distributorless ignition system is its simplicity. To obtain engine speed and crank position, a 60-2 tooth trigger wheel is attached to the crankshaft, and a magnetic sensor is aimed at the wheel. Knobs adjust the spark advance at different engine speeds; NO computer required. A robust machined aluminum casing houses the electronics and provides a solid mount for the coils. The XDi can be mounted under the hood making it an easy system to adjust and maintain.

    Electromotive offers custom XDi kits for popular domestic and import applications. These kits include trigger wheel, magnetic sensor, and sensor bracket for a easy installation.

    XDis are currently available for 4-, 6- and 8-cylinder, single- or dual-plug engines, and 2- or 3-rotor rotary applications.
